Ali Tejpar, Steven J. Hoffman & Lathika Sritharan

Ali Tejpar is a Juris Doctor/Master of Arts dual-degree candidate at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) at Carleton University. He has been named a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a Top 50 Emerging Canadian Leader, and a Joubin-Selig Scholar in International Affairs. As a Legal Research Assistant at the Global Strategy Lab, Ali's research focuses on the role of international law in addressing transnational health threats.

Steven J. Hoffman is the Director of the Global Strategy Lab, an Associate Professor of Law, Medicine and Public & International Affairs at the University of Ottawa, and the Scientific Director of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research's Institute of Population & Public Health. He holds courtesy appointments as an Associate Professor of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics (Part-Time) at McMaster University and Adjunct Associate Professor of Global Health & Population at Harvard University.

Lathika Sritharan is the Research Coordinator of the Global Strategy Lab and the Assistant Director of the Global Health Law Clinic at the University of Ottawa. She has a Master of Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan and an Hon. Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on the intersection of public health and law.
