How CCTV software can help diagnose intellectual disability


Despite the diagnostic power of advanced genomic sequencing, many cases of intellectual disability are unable to be diagnosed due to the sheer number of genes with unknown functions. Now, new research published in BMC Biotechnology is using computer face matching technology to aid diagnosis.
