Sinéad O’Ferrall

Sinéad is a PhD candidate at the Department of Comparative Biology & Experimental Medicine at University of Calgary. Her project is focusing on soil transmitted helminths (STHs) of global significance and determining how Mass Drug Administration, STHs and drug resistance interact using primarily molecular approaches. Apart from parasites, she has strong interest in one health, global health, and health communications. She can be followed on twitter and at the university’s trainees page.
