Kimberly Fornace & Claudio Fronterre

Kimberly Fornace is an Assistant Professor of spatial statistics and epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK. Her research focuses on identifying spatial and environmental risk factors for infectious diseases using geostatistical and machine learning approaches. Integrating remote sensing data with field and modelling studies, her work aims to assess how ecological and environmental changes impact infectious disease transmission.

Claudio Fronterre is a senior research associate in Geospatial statistical methods at the Centre for Health Informatics, Computing and Statistics at Lancaster University, UK. He conducts research in the fields of spatial statistics and disease mapping in low-resource settings with a focus on the epidemiology and control of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) in sub-Saharan Africa.
