Amber Wood & Charles Streuli

Amber Wood is a third year PhD student in Cell Matrix Biology at the University of Manchester under the supervision of Keith Brennan and Andrew Gilmore. Amber has previously completed a BSc at the University of Manchester in Medical Biochemistry. Her current research is focused on the mechanistic relationship between high breast density and increased breast cancer risk.

Charles Streuli is Professor of Cell Biology at the University of Manchester. Charles has worked on breast biology for most of his research career, and was one if the first to use 3D culture models to study how breast cells (from mouse tissue) work and how they make milk.
